We currently don't offer returns if a product is not damaged on arrival.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and find a solution. Please contact us within 3 days if your package arrives damaged.
For orders that get sent back because of an incorrect address given, a refund will be issued, shipping deducted, and products will go back up on the website. If you notice that you gave a wrong address, please send an email through the contact form, as quick as possible, so we have a chance of correcting before shipping.
DISCLAIMER: We sell products that naturally occur in nature, so products might have imperfections. We try our best to provide images that show all sides of the items, but the items are one of a kind and not mass produced, so there are cracks and crevices since it is natural minerals and crystals and they will vary in size, pattern, weight and shape (though information will be given on the product listing).
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us through the contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
